Pile Turner

Function for pile turner: turner the paper; blowing; remove impurities; drying; alignment; stack jogger.

Before the print:

1. clear paper and other impurities, improve the surface quality of the paper to be printed and reduce the double feed 

2. due to imptovement of the quality of the surface of the paper,printing machine speed can increase 3-5%,improve productivity.

3. greatly reduced the impurities and others into the printing machine, extend the life of the printing machine.

4. beacuse the impurities abused by the decline,improve the yield 2-3%

After printing; secondary stations, paper cutter and die-cutting before use:

1.remove spray, clears dusting,accelerate ink drying,reducing the smell of ink slolvent

2.prevent sticking,rub dirty and other quality problems 

3.save a lot of labour
