In 2003, we purchased the land and built the factory building, and started the national standard manufacturing; in 2004, the national testing center recognized that Huayue's comprehensive strength in the field of paper cutter ranked first; in 2005, China Printing Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center supervised the production and after-sales quality tracking; in 2006, we signed a strategic cooperation agreement with C&P Company of the U.S.A.; and in July 2009, we were recognized as a new and high tech enterprise and so on. All are important milestones in the development of the company.

The predecessor is Rui'an Longshan General Machinery Factory, which started to produce paper cutter in 1983.

The main products are various specifications of computer program-controlled paper cutter and digital display paper cutter, intelligent paper picker, automatic paper unloader, automatic turner, paper stack lifter and window sticker machine applicable to fine packaging class products.

The company has more than 30 years of experience in machinery manufacturing, is China's paper cutter industry standard-setting, is a collection of development, design, production, sales and service as one of China's post-press equipment specialized in manufacturing suppliers. Our products are exported to Europe and the United States and other nearly 60 countries and regions.
