During the warranty period of the equipment, if the equipment fails due to non-human factors, Zhejiang Huayue Machinery will provide free after-sales service, including repair and replacement of parts. However, if the equipment is damaged due to human factors, or the equipment has passed the warranty period, then a certain fee may be charged, the specific cost standard will depend on the actual situation.

The scope of after-sales service usually includes installation and commissioning of equipment, maintenance, technical consultation, supply of spare parts and so on. For the newly purchased equipment, we will send professional technicians to the customer site for installation and commissioning to ensure that the equipment can run normally.
